125 g puff pastry
400 ml fresh cream
50 g 60% dark chocolate
20 ml milk
200 g Nutella
50 g condensed milk

How to make creamy dark chocolate and Nutella puff pastry?

Pierce the puff pastry with a fork and bake in a hot oven at 220Β° for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie and leave to cool. Remove the pastry from the oven and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Whip the cream with the condensed milk. Add the chocolate and mix gently with a spatula. Fill half the puff pastry with the cream and Nutella, then mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
