Flourless chocolate and banana cake

1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tsp bitter cocoa powder
10 g butter
100 g sugar-free dark chocolate
10 cl milk
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas

How do I make the chocolate banana cake without flour?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Peel the bananas, slice and blend.

Add the eggs and mix.

In a bowl, mix the cocoa with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Stir into the previous mixture.

Line a 20 cm tin with baking parchment.

Transfer the mixture to the tin and bake for around 45 minutes.

Leave to cool, unmould and turn out onto a plate.

Chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl.

Add the butter, pour in the milk and cook for 3 minutes in the microwave on minimum power.

Top the cake with the icing.
