Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

  1. Form the Meatloaf:
  • Divide the meatloaf mixture into two equal portions.
  • Take one portion of the meatloaf mixture and press it into a flat rectangle shape on a piece of wax paper or parchment paper.
  1. Add the Filling:
  • Spread the prepared filling mixture evenly over the flattened meatloaf, leaving a small border around the edges.
  1. Roll and Seal:
  • Carefully roll the meatloaf into a log shape, using the wax paper or parchment paper to help guide the rolling process.
  • Pinch the edges of the meatloaf to seal in the filling, ensuring there are no gaps.
  1. Repeat and Shape:
  • Repeat the process with the remaining portion of the meatloaf mixture and filling to create a second stuffed meatloaf log.
  1. Cook on the Stovetop:
  • In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Carefully transfer the stuffed meatloaf logs to the skillet, seam side down.
  • Cook the meatloaf logs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
