๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅ” Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes ๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿง€

Enjoy these delicious Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes! Perfectly seasoned with ranch flavor and topped with melted cheese, they make a fantastic side dish for any meal.

๐Ÿ“‹ Ingredients:

  • ๐Ÿฅ” 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • ๐Ÿงˆ 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ๐Ÿฅ„ 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ๐Ÿง€ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

๐Ÿ“ Directions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Potatoes:

  • In a large bowl, combine the halved or quartered baby potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

3๏ธโƒฃ Roast the Potatoes:

  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through cooking.

4๏ธโƒฃ Add the Cheese:

  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5๏ธโƒฃ Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
