These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the perfect cheesy and savory snack or appetizer. With a gooey mozzarella center wrapped in a soft biscuit dough, they’re sure to be a hit at any gathering!

πŸ“‹ Ingredients:

  • πŸ₯„ 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • πŸ§€ 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (cut in half to make 16 pieces)
  • πŸ§„ 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • πŸ§€ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • πŸ… Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

πŸ“ Directions:

Preheat Oven:

  1. πŸ”₯ Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Prepare the Biscuits:

  1. πŸ₯£ Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16 pieces.
  2. πŸ§€ Flatten each piece of biscuit dough and place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

Season the Biscuit Bombs:

  1. πŸ§„ In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb.
  2. πŸ§€ Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the biscuit bombs.

Bake:

  1. 🍞 Place the biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Serve:

  1. 🌿 Allow the biscuit bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
