These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the perfect cheesy and savory snack or appetizer. With a gooey mozzarella center wrapped in a soft biscuit dough, they’re sure to be a hit at any gathering!

- π₯ 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- π§ 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (cut in half to make 16 pieces)

- πΏ 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- π§ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- πΏ Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

π Directions:
Preheat Oven:
- π₯ Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Prepare the Biscuits:
- π₯£ Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16 pieces.
- π§ Flatten each piece of biscuit dough and place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
