This refreshing Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad is perfect for summer gatherings or as a light side dish. It’s crisp, flavorful, and easy to prepare.

  • πŸ₯’ 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • πŸ… 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges or chopped
  • πŸ§… 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 🌿 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 🌿 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)

For the Dressing:

  • πŸ‹ 1/4 cup olive oil
  • πŸ‹ 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • πŸ‹ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • πŸ₯„ 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • πŸ§‚ 1 teaspoon salt
  • 🌿 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • πŸ₯„ 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • πŸ§„ 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Prepare the Vegetables:

    Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion. Cut the tomatoes into wedges or chop them into bite-sized pieces.
