This Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy family dinner. Using rotisserie chicken saves time, and the stuffing mix adds a deliciously seasoned crunch.

  • πŸ— 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 🍞 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • πŸ₯› 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • πŸ₯› 1 cup sour cream
  • πŸ§… 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • πŸ₯• 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)

Prepare the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Stuffing:
