These Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream White Sauce are creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. This recipe uses tender shredded chicken, rolled in soft tortillas, and smothered in a rich sour cream sauce that’s loaded with flavor.

For the Enchiladas:

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well) πŸ—
