These Creamy Ricotta Beef Stuffed Shells are a comforting and indulgent Italian-inspired dish. Jumbo pasta shells are filled with a savory mixture of ground beef and creamy ricotta, topped with marinara sauce, and baked to perfection with melted cheese.

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef πŸ₯©
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese πŸ§€
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
  • 1 large egg, beaten πŸ₯š
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🌰
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 🌿
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt πŸ§‚
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 🌢️
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional) 🌿

For the Pasta and Sauce:

  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells 🍝

3. Stuff the Pasta Shells:

  • Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish. Spoon the beef and ricotta mixture into each cooked pasta shell, filling them generously.
