This One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo is a creamy, cheesy, and decadent dish that’s super easy to make. With just one pan, you’ll have a delicious dinner with minimal cleanup. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you’re craving something comforting and indulgent!

πŸ“‹ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🦐
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil πŸ«’
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 🧈
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
  • 2 cups heavy cream πŸ₯›
  • 2 cups chicken broth 🍲
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta 🍝
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€

1. SautΓ© the Shrimp:

  1. Add the fettuccine:
  • Add the fettuccine pasta to the skillet, making sure it’s fully submerged in the sauce. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.

4. Add the Cheese and Shrimp:

  1. Stir in Parmesan:
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  1. Return the shrimp:
  • Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet, tossing everything together until the shrimp are heated through.

5. Serve:

  1. Garnish and serve:
  • Garnish the fettuccine Alfredo with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
