This Honey Pineapple Salmon is a sweet and savory dish that combines the rich flavor of salmon with a tangy honey pineapple glaze. It’s perfect for a light, flavorful meal that’s easy to prepare and full of tropical vibes!

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 🐟
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced 🍍
  • 2 tablespoons honey 🍯
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 🌿
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice πŸ‹
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil πŸ›’οΈ
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 🌿

1. Prepare the Salmon:

3. Combine the Salmon and Glaze:

  1. Return the salmon to the skillet:
  • Place the cooked salmon fillets back into the skillet with the pineapple glaze. Spoon the glaze over the salmon and cook for another 1-2 minutes to warm everything through and coat the salmon with the sauce.

4. Serve:

  1. Garnish and serve:
  • Transfer the honey pineapple salmon to plates and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
