These Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagels are the perfect combination of creamy, cheesy spinach-artichoke dip and crispy bagels. They make a great snack, appetizer, or even a light meal!

πŸ“‹ Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels, halved πŸ₯―
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained 🌿
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 🌿
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened πŸ§€
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise πŸ₯›
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese πŸ§€
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🌰
  • Salt and pepper to taste πŸ§‚
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a little spice 🌢️

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
