“Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips – A Guilt-Free Snack” 🧀✨

Ingredients:

  • 🧀 1 cup cottage cheese (thick and drained)
  • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
  • 🌶️ 1/4 tsp paprika or your favorite seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain Cottage Cheese: Place the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh strainer or on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Spoon the Mixture: Scoop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, flattening each slightly to form thin discs.
  4. Season: Sprinkle salt and paprika (or your preferred seasoning) over the discs.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Serve as a crunchy, protein-packed snack!
