- 🧈 1/2 cup butter
- 🍬 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 🌊 3/4 cup Mountain Dew or Sprite

Instructions:
- Prep the Apples:
- Peel and core the apple, then cut it into 8 equal slices.
- Wrap the Apple Slices:
- Roll each apple slice in a piece of crescent dough, starting at the wide end and sealing the edges. Place the dumplings in a greased baking dish.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and mix until combined. Pour this mixture over the dumplings.
- Add the Fizz:
- Pour the Mountain Dew or Sprite around the dumplings, not over them. This creates the sauce while baking.

- Sprinkle cinnamon on top, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes or until the dumplings are golden and bubbly.
- Serve Warm:
