  • 🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • πŸ₯„ 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • πŸ₯š 2 large eggs
  • πŸ₯› 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 🌰 1/2 cup pecan halves

πŸ”₯ Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Bread Pudding:

  • Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the cubed bread evenly in the prepared dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure all the bread is soaked. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly on top.

2️⃣ Bake the Bread Pudding:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.

3️⃣ Prepare the Pecan Topping:

  • While the pudding bakes, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and corn syrup in a bowl. Stir in the pecan halves.

4️⃣ Add the Topping:

  • Remove the bread pudding from the oven and pour the pecan topping evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the topping is set and slightly caramelized.

5️⃣ Cool & Serve:
