This Low-Carb Crack Slaw is a quick, healthy, and addictive stir-fry packed with flavor. Loaded with crunchy veggies and a savory-sweet sauce, it’s the perfect keto-friendly meal that’s ready in minutes!

For the Stir-Fry:

  • πŸ₯© 1 lb ground beef, turkey
  • πŸ₯¬ 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded (about 5 cups)

For the Sauce:

  • 🌢 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 🌿 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 🌱 1 tsp ground ginger

Optional Toppings:

  • Return the cooked ground meat to the skillet with the veggies.
  • Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
