Ingredients:

  • 1 Β½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

For the Marshmallow Layer:

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  • Add the melted butter and mix until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan, forming an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the layers.
  1. Make the Fudge Layer:
  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and butter until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the fudge mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until warm.
