Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs 🍞
- 1 tbsp butter 🧈
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 🧀
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Boil them in salted water for about 10-12 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Mash Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add heavy cream, sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble: Transfer the mashed potatoes to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Make the Topping: In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the mashed potatoes.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
