Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Prepare Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Boil them in salted water for about 10-12 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Mash Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add heavy cream, sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble: Transfer the mashed potatoes to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
