- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🌶️ ½ tsp black pepper

- 🌿 ½ tsp onion powder
- 🛢 ½ cup vegetable oil, for frying
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter, melted (for baking)

Thread 4-5 chicken onto each skewer.

3️⃣ Bread the Meat:
- Roll each skewer in flour mixture, then dip into egg mixture, then coat again in flour mixture for a thick crust.
4️⃣ Fry to Golden Brown:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, just until golden (they’ll finish cooking in the oven).
5️⃣ Bake for Tenderness:
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
