1️⃣ Brown the Beef & Onions:

  • In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  • Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

2️⃣ Add the Veggies & Simmer:

  • Stir in carrots, potatoes, diced tomatoes, corn, and green beans.
  • Pour in beef broth, then cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3️⃣ Thicken the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix butter and flour to form a paste. Stir it into the casserole and cook for 5 more minutes until thickened.

4️⃣ Bake for a Crispy Finish (Optional):

  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15 minutes for a golden crust.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
