- 🥄 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
- 🌿 1 tsp ginger, grated

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Sauté the Beef
- Turn the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode and add vegetable oil.
- Sear the sliced beef in batches until browned (about 2 minutes per side).
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
2️⃣ Pressure Cook
- Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Stir to coat the beef.
- Close the lid, set the valve to “Sealing”, and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure when done.
3️⃣ Thicken the Sauce
- Turn on “Sauté” mode. Stir in cornstarch slurry and let it thicken for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets, cover with a lid, and let them steam in the heat for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions!
