This easy, oven-baked dish is full of juicy chicken, tender potatoes, and flavorful green beans, all tossed in a delicious Italian herb seasoning. Minimal effort, maximum flavor!

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Set oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2️⃣ Season the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, toss chicken, potatoes, and green beans with olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Arrange in a Baking Dish

  • Place chicken breasts in the center of a greased baking dish.
  • Scatter potatoes around the chicken.
  • Add green beans along the edges.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake another 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
