1๏ธโฃ Preheat Oven โ Set to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Beef โ In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion & garlic. Drain excess fat.
3๏ธโฃ Mix Ingredients โ Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, oregano, basil, salt & pepper. Stir well.
4๏ธโฃ Layer It Up โ In the baking dish, layer half the cabbage, then the meat mixture, then the remaining cabbage.
5๏ธโฃ Bake โ Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
6๏ธโฃ Cheese It Up โ Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 5-10 more minutes.
