  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
