πŸ₯˜ Chicken Noodle Casserole – Creamy, Cheesy, and Crowd-Pleasing!

A classic casserole made with simple ingredients and BIG flavor.


⭐ Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed Ritz crackers)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a 9Γ—13” baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine:

  • Chicken
  • Cooked egg noodles
  • Cream of chicken & mushroom soups
  • Sour cream, milk
  • Peas & carrots
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

Mix well until creamy and coated.

3️⃣ Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth out evenly.

4️⃣ Add the Topping:
Mix breadcrumbs (or crackers) with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top.

5️⃣ Bake to Perfection:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

6️⃣ Cool & Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
