🧂 Materials You’ll Need:
- 1 candle (any size, preferably medium)
- 1 heat-resistant glass container (jar, cup, or bowl)
- 1 small piece of aluminum foil
- A few cloves 🌿 (optional but recommended)
- A few drops of essential oil (lavender, eucalyptus, etc.) 🌸
- Room temperature water
- A lighter or match
- (Optional) A lighter to melt candle base for stability
🔧 Instructions:
🔹 Step 1: Wrap with Foil
- Take a piece of aluminum foil and wrap it tightly around the candle, covering the entire body but leaving the wick exposed.
- This helps reflect heat back inward, slowing wax melting.
🔹 Step 2: Secure the Candle
- Lightly melt the bottom of the candle with a lighter for a few seconds.
- Immediately press it into the center of your glass container so it sticks and stands upright.

- Carefully pour room-temperature water into the container until it almost reaches the foil-wrapped candle’s top.
- Don’t wet the wick! Just let the base soak.

- Drop in a handful of cloves for a warm aroma and to repel insects naturally.
🔹 Step 5: Add Essential Oil (Optional)
- Add 3–5 drops of your favorite essential oil to the water for a soothing scent.
