✨ Reuben Crescent Bake ✨

All the flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich, wrapped up in flaky, cheesy goodness!


🥪 Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional, for that authentic Reuben flavor)

🥪 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare the crescent dough:
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the base.
Pinch the seams together.

3️⃣ Layer the goodness:

  • Spread the Thousand Island dressing over the crescent base.
  • Layer with half of the Swiss cheese.
  • Then add all the corned beef slices evenly.
  • Top with the sauerkraut.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese on top.

4️⃣ Top with more crescent dough:
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and lay it over the top, pinching the seams and sealing the edges.

5️⃣ Add the finishing touch:
Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.

6️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the crescent top is golden brown and flaky.

7️⃣ Cool and serve:
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
