This Crockpot Peach Cobbler is a Southern-style dessert made simple. Juicy peaches, warm cinnamon, and a buttery cake topping cook low and slow in your slow cooker, creating a dessert that’s gooey in the center, golden on top, and bursting with flavor. It’s the easiest way to make cobbler β€” no oven needed!

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • πŸ‘ 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in juice, drained (or use 5 cups fresh/frozen peaches)
  • 🍬 Β½ cup brown sugar
  • 🌿 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 🧈 Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 🧁 1 box yellow cake mix (about 15.25 oz)

Optional toppings:

  • 🍨 Vanilla ice cream
  • 🍦 Whipped cream
  • 🌿 Extra cinnamon or nutmeg

1️⃣ Prepare the Peaches

Drain canned peaches and place them in the bottom of a greased 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir gently to coat.

2️⃣ Add Cake Mix

Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the peaches. Do not mix it in.

3️⃣ Add Melted Butter

Pour the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.

4️⃣ Cook the Cobbler

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling. The center may be slightly gooey β€” that’s perfect!

5️⃣ Cool Slightly & Serve

Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then scoop into bowls and top with ice cream or whipped cream.
