Honey-glazed chicken

To prepare this honey-glazed chicken, I first marinated it in white wine. The result is truly breathtaking. My chicken is both succulent and tender. I cooked it with a few vegetables from my fridge: cherry tomatoes, potatoes and peppers. And to flavor my dish, I used several aromatic herbs. In the end, my honey-glazed chicken was particularly tasty and fragrant. I served it afterwards as a second course, and the whole family loved this singular preparation. Come into the kitchen! I’ll show you how to make this recipe in a jiffy.

Preparation
How to make honey-glazed chicken

First, wash and dry the chicken thoroughly. Place in a large container with the white wine, coarsely chopped onion and a few sprigs of parsley (or basil). Leave to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into 3 mm cubes. Repeat with peppers.

After the resting time, remove the chicken from the fridge and place in a large saucepan. Add the quartered cherry tomatoes, rosemary, sage, mint, potatoes and peppers. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake at 180°C. After about 15 minutes, stir in half a glass of white wine and allow to evaporate. Bake for a further 40 minutes. Next, pour the glaze over the chicken, emulsifying the oil with the salt. Then add the honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar and sugar. If the chicken becomes too dry, add a glass of water.

Honey-glazed chicken is ready to serve.
