Ingredients
800 g potatoes
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 beef heart tomatoes
300 g tuna in oil
1 Tropea red onion
A few basil leaves
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

How to make tuna potato salad?

Wash potatoes under running water. Place in a saucepan and cover with plenty of water. Bring to the boil and cook for 30 minutes or until done. While potatoes are cooking, boil eggs and cool.

Drain the potatoes from the cooking water and leave to cool. Peel and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Slice the eggs into quarters.

Place potatoes in a bowl. Add tomatoes and onion, season with salt, oil, oregano and chopped bell pepper. Mix well until potatoes are evenly seasoned. Add drained tuna, chopped basil and eggs. Mix quickly.
