700 g yellow potatoes
300 g mozzarella
80 g Parmesan cheese
100 g ham
1 tuft parsley
300 g tomato sauce
300 g béchamel sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut into not too thick slices. Place in a saucepan of cold water. Bring to the boil for 20 minutes, then drain and run under cold water. Drain again.

In a large frying pan, drizzle oil, tomato sauce and béchamel sauce over the bottom. Form a row of potatoes. Add mozzarella, ham, tomato puree, béchamel sauce, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
