In a large frying pan, drizzle oil, tomato sauce and béchamel sauce over the bottom. Form a row of potatoes. Add mozzarella, ham, tomato puree, béchamel sauce, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.

Form several rows and fill the entire pan. Add a little Parmesan cheese to the surface. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat with a lid, allowing all ingredients to dissolve completely. To obtain a golden crust, place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
