700 g zucchini
200 g Prague ham
400 g provola cheese
100 g Parmesan cheese
200 g bΓ©chamel sauce
2 tablespoons milk
Salt to taste

How to make zucchini gratin with ham and cheese?

Clean the zucchinis and cut into thin slices using a mandolin or knife. Lightly grease with a little extra-virgin olive oil. Place a row of zucchini in the bottom of a 20 x 20 square baking dish and place a slice of Prague ham on top. Add diced provola, a pinch of Parmesan and a few chopped basil leaves. Cover with another row of zucchini, still soaked in oil. Continue in rows until you’ve used up all the ingredients.

Mix the bΓ©chamel with a little Parmesan and milk. Pour over the entire surface of the zucchinis. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until the surface is completely golden.
