Mascarpone-free strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients
½ kg fresh strawberries
100 g erythritol (+ 4 tablespoons)
130 g egg whites
½ kg 0% Greek yogurt
Lemon juice
Boudoirs
1 sachet vanilla sugar

How to make strawberry tiramisu without mascarpone?

Wash the strawberries, dry and cut into small pieces.

Place in a bowl with lemon juice and 4 spoonfuls of erythritol.

Chill for one hour.

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 50 g erythritol.

Mix yoghurt with remaining erythritol and vanilla sugar.

Gently fold in the egg whites, stirring up and down with a spatula.

Collect the strawberry juice in a bowl.

Pour a layer of cream into a glass dish.

Soak a few boudoirs in the strawberry juice and arrange on top of the cream.

Cover with strawberries.

Repeat with the rest of the ingredients, finishing with the strawberries.

Chill for 5 hours.

Serve tiramisu without strawberry mascarpone.
