Potato and cheese toast

1 egg
2 potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
2 slices cheese
1 tablespoon flour

How to make the potato and cheese toast?
Peel the tubers, rinse and cut into very thin strips.

Soak in water for a few minutes, then drain.

Place in a bowl and season with salt.

Stir in flour.

Oil a rectangular frying pan and heat over low heat.

Spread the mixture over the entire surface and press down with a spatula.

Turn over gently so that the potatoes are well attached and compact.

Continue cooking for a few moments.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and place on one half of the mixture.

Add an egg and cover with the cheese slices.

Serve the potato and cheese toast.
