Creamy no-bake pineapple cake

Here’s a spectacular no-bake dessert, perfect for serving on any occasion. It’s divinely good and fragrant. Creamy no-bake pineapple cake is simple yet very tasty. This recipe contains no gelatin. I made it with ingredients that are easy to find. All you have to do is assemble them according to my instructions. Your dessert will be irresistible.

Serves: 6 min

1 can pineapple in syrup
20 cl whipping cream
50 g powdered sugar
2 pots pineapple yoghurt
150 g butter
300 g gluten-free cookies

How to make the creamy no-bake pineapple cake?
Grind the cookies into powder and mix with the melted butter.

Line a 20 cm round springform tin with baking parchment.

Spread the mixture over the top and level with the back of a spoon.

Chill for half an hour.

Whip the cream until stiff.

Add the yoghurt, then the powdered sugar, stirring from bottom to top.

Cut a few pineapple slices in half.

Arrange them around the cookie base.

Add half the creamy mixture.

Cut 5 pineapple slices into small pieces.

Arrange them on the cream and cover with the remaining cream.

Freeze for half an hour.

Decorate with pineapple slices and chill overnight.

Serve the creamy pineapple no-bake cake.
