๐Ÿ“‹ Ingredients:

  • ๐Ÿ… 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • ๐Ÿง… 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1-2 jalapeรฑo peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • ๐Ÿง„ 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ๐Ÿ‹ 1 lime, juiced
  • ๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon salt
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ๐Ÿฅ’ 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced (optional, for added freshness)
  • ๐ŸŒฝ 1 cup corn kernels (optional, for a sweet crunch)

๐Ÿ“ Directions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the red onion, jalapeรฑo peppers, and garlic. Chop the fresh cilantro.

2๏ธโƒฃ Combine the Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeรฑos, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
