πΆ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

π½ 1 cup (240ml) frozen corn (optional)

π Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add Vegetables:
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Combine in Slow Cooker:
