Hello Dolly Bars – The Ultimate 7-Layer Dessert!

Also known as Magic Bars, these Hello Dolly Bars are a classic layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey condensed milk, melty chocolate, crunchy pecans, and shredded coconut. They’re easy to make and absolutely irresistible!

🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍪 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 🧈 ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 🍫 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 🥥 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 🥜 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 🥄 1 cup butterscotch chips (optional, for extra richness)
  • 🥣 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.

3️⃣ Layer the Ingredients:

  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  • Add butterscotch chips (if using).
  • Spread shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.
  • Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection:
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.

5️⃣ Cool & Slice:
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
