  • 🧈 2 tbsp olive oil
  • πŸ₯« 2 cups beef broth
  • πŸ₯„ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • πŸ₯” 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • πŸ₯• 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • πŸ§… 1 large onion, sliced
  • 🌿 2 bay leaves

1️⃣ Season the Roast:

  • Generously season the chuck roast on all sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.

2️⃣ Sear the Roast:
